预习-主题-案例教学法在ICU本科护生临床实习带教中的应用效果观察 被引量:25

摘要 目的 观察预习-主题-案例教学法用于本科护生重症监护室实习阶段的教学效果.方法 2010~2011学年58名护生为对照组,采用以周目标为基础的临床带教教学法,2011~2012学年45名护生为观察组,在对照组的基础上增设预习-主题-案例教学法,比较两组护生的综合素质自评结果及出科总评成绩.结果 观察组护生综合素质自评结果高于对照组,P〈0.01;护生出科总评成绩观察组平均(86.53±3.60)分、对照组平均(81.05±3.51)分,t=7.77,P〈0.01.结论 预习-主题-案例教学法用于重症监护室临床实习教学是行之有效的,促进了重症监护室带教质量的提高. Objective To observe the effect of preparation--topic--case method in clinical teaching for undergraduate nursing students in ICU. Method 58 nursing students from 2010--2011 academic year in control group receive clinical teaching method based on weekly target. 45 nursing students from 2011--2012 academic year in observation group receive preparation--topic--case method based on routine method. Compare the self--rating result of comprehensive quality and general achievement of students in two groups. Result Self--rating score of comprehensive quality of observation group is higher than score of control group (P〈0. 01). General achievement score is (86. 53± 3. 60) in observation group and (81.05±3.51)in control group, t=7. 77, P〈0. 01. Conclusion Preparation--topic--case method is an effective way of clinical teaching for undergraduate ICU nursing students which improves the teaching quality of ICU.
