摘要
高等职业教育作为职业教育的一种办学形式,既具有高等教育准公共产品的特性,又承担解决就业压力的社会功能.根据利益获得原则,高等职业教育的成本由政府、学生、社会这三方受益者共同分担.基于上述理论及2006～2010年高等职业教育成本分担的数据,得出我国高等职业教育成本分担应以政府为主体,企业和家庭共同分担的结论.
Higher vocational education, as a form of vocational education, possesses the characteristics of the quasi--public goods and shoulder the responsibility to ease the employment pressure. The cost of higher vocational education should shared by the government, students and the society according to the interests of the costs of the principle. This paper discusses the cost sharing status of higher vocational education, displays the problems, puts forward the causes and countermeasures based on the data from 2006 to 2010.
