摘要
采用以低于10%含量的一些含硼(B)弱酸盐类与K2CO3复配组成CO2复合吸收剂。分别以N2、CO2的模拟气和乙烯循环气作为实验对象,采用釜式反应的方法,详细地考察了复合吸收剂的CO2吸收能力和解吸情况。结果表明:含有5%~8%的组分的复合剂溶液,对CO2的吸收能力能够提高20%~30%,而解吸能力不下降,适合于环氧乙烷(EO)装置脱除CO2使用。
The borate with content of less 10% was synergized with K2 CO3 to prepare the compound absorbent. The simulation gas of N2, CO2 and the circulating gas of ethylene were respectively used as experiment subject to investigate the absorbency of synthesized compound absorbent for CO2 and its corresponding circumstances of desorption at length in the tank reactor, which showed that when the content of compound absorbent ranges from 5% to 8% , its absorb capacity can be improved by 20% - 30% with the same desorbility. So it successfully fit to remove CO2 for EO installation.
