NovaSure治疗月经过多合并严重内科疾病11例及文献复习 被引量：5

摘要 目的：观察诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统（ NovaSure ）治疗月经过多合并严重内科疾病的效果。方法收治11例月经过多合并严重内科疾病患者，应用NovaSure治疗，记录手术情况，并进行1、3、6个月的随访，观察月经情况和并发症。结果11例均完成手术过程，治疗时间（89．60±21．20） s，术中出血＜10 ml，术后住院时间（48．00±6．20）h，视觉模糊评分为0～3分。术后随访1、3、6个月的有效例数分别为10例、11例、11例，闭经例数分别为8例、9例、9例。术中及术后均未出现明显并发症。结论 NovaSure对月经过多的治疗快速、安全、有效，是月经过多合并严重内科疾病的首选治疗方法之一。
