摘要
为了实现水表的自动抄表 ,研制了CCD电子抄表系统。该系统利用CCD摄像头获取水表图像 ,采用图像识别技术读取水表读数。水表图像采集既要保证图像清晰又要兼顾对系统的采样速度要求。经试验 ,确定所采集的图像点阵为 2 88× 312点 ,并采用高速采样缓冲存储电路 ,由硬件实现 5M s的高速采样。对图像采集所采用的技术原理作了较详细的阐述。
An automatic reading system is developed with CCD so that water meters can be automatically read. In this system, the images of water meters are derived with CCD and the data can be read through the image recognition technology. The collected images should be clear enough and the sampling speed fast enough in order to satisfy the system requirement, therefore the lattice point for the images is chosen as 288×312. A buffer circuit with high speed sampling is used to realize a 5 M/s sampling speed through the hardware. The principles of the image collection are described in detail.
