烧结回转窑刮圈器的结构设计

摘要 基于烧结回转窑结圈现状,设计新的控制回转窑结圈物长大的控制系统,该控制系统在结圈物形成初期就对结圈物进行处理,并且在焙烧过程中一直干扰结圈物的长大。在此基础上,设计能够去除回转窑结圈物的工艺装置—回转窑刮圈器。根据热量在结圈物和窑壁上的一维稳态导热特征,计算出能使窑壁具有一定保温效果的合适结圈物厚度、回转窑刮圈器刮壁爪的长度和分布角度等技术参数,并对该刮壁圈器承力轴进行强度校核。结果表明设计出的刮圈器承力轴直径为300 mm,能满足实际工况的要求。 Based on the present situation of sintering kiln ring for mation,a new controlling system was designed which can deal with the ring formation when it was developed in the earlier time and can bother the growing of ring formation all the time. A structure of lining-nodulation cleaner of the sintering rotary kiln was designed. According to the one-dimensional steady-state thermal conductivity of ring material and kiln walls, the proper value of thickness of ring was calculated, with which the wall lose minimum heat, then the length of the claws, distribution angle and other parameters of cleaner of the sintering rotary kiln overe designed.the strength of shaft was cheched.It is concluded that a shaft whose diameter is 300 mm is in need of the actual working condition.
