摘要
本文根据系统分析的原理,选择影响道路交通安全的主要因素作为评价道路交通安全的指标,采用层次分析法建立道路交通安全层次分析模型,进一步确定各评价指标的权重。文中提出道路交通安全宏观评价标准建议值,运用模糊数学的理论进行综合评价;提出了道路交通安全宏观评价二级排序法。评价结果比较令人满意。
In this paper, the main factors which affect the road traffic safety are
cited as indices for evaluating the road traffic safety according to the princi-
ple of systematic analysis. The hierarchy analysis model of road traffic safety
is constructed, and the weight of each index in the evaluation is determined,
the proposed values of the macroscopic evaluation criteria in the road
traffic safety analysis are put forward as well. The fuzzy mathematics is
used to develop a comprehensive evaluation with the two-grade arrangement in
order as a key. The comprehensive evaluation shows satisfactory results in
comparing with the safety index method.
