摘要
有效的合同管理是促进参与工程建设各方全面履行合同约定的义务,确保实现建设目标(质量、投资、工期)的重要手段。结合龙江水电站枢纽工程建设实际,介绍了合同管理制度的建立、合同管理职责、合同执行过程管理等理论,对合同管理过程中存在的一些问题进行了分析和探讨,并提出了进一步改进和完善的建议措施。
Contract management is beneficial for ensuring that all parties act in line with contractual obligations and also crucial for the realization of objectives of construction in the quality, investment and construction period. With the case study of Longjiang Hydropower Station and application of theories in aspects of system, terms of reference and procedure of contract management, studies are made so as to find out problem with contract management and suggestions are made for further improvement.
