摘要
对城市停车设施的泊位选址进行了分析与问题的简化 ,研究并提出相应的选址规划模型 ,在对算法复杂性探讨的基础上 。
The method of how to locate and size the parking facilities is very important in urban transportation programming. This paper firstly setsup the model of locating parking facilities. Then analyze the complexity of how to figure out the model and finally design the genetic algorithm to solve the problem.
