摘要
本文介绍了非调质钢 (30MnVS和 35MnVN)弯、直臂与调质钢 (40Cr)弯、直臂的材料力学性能和疲劳试验结果。依据三种材料的对比试验结果和内在质量检测结果选定 30MnVS钢和 35MnVN钢为汽车弯、直臂用材,以替代 40Cr钢制造弯、直臂。对所产生的效果进行了综合性分析。
The mechanical properties and the durability test of non- Quenched tempered steels (30MnVS and 35MnVN) and quenched and tempered steel (40Cr) produced bending arm and extending arm are intoduced in this paper. According to the contrast test results and internal quality test, it is chosen that 30MnVS and 35MnVN as material of automobile bending arm and extending arm, and also provide a general analysis for the material substitution effects from 40Cr.
