摘要
目的探讨高速公路与普通道路交通事故伤事故类型及伤害特点等方面不同及内在联系，为减少事故发生率与提高抢救水平提供依据。方法山东交通急救中心和山东省交通医院救治的交通事故伤患者 754例，分为高速组与普通组进行比较。结果两组性别、平均年龄、滞留现场时间无显著差异，事故类型、伤情特点有极显著差异。结论高速组的事故类型以单车事故和追尾相撞为主，伤情呈三多三少的特点。
Aim This article discusses the differences and the internal links between the features of the injury in high－ speed way and ordinary road traffic accidents,which provides the basis for reducing the accident rate and improving the rescue standard.Methods Compare 754 persons injured in the traffic accidents which are divided into two groups:a high－ speed group and an ordinary group.Results There are no obvious differences between the sex,the average age and the time detained on the spot but there are notable differences betwween the types of accident and the characteristics of the injury conditions in two groups.Conclusion The types of accident in the high－ speed group are centered on the one－ car accidents and the accidents cauesd by the rear crash of another car.The injury conditions have the“ three more,three less'features.
