摘要
用溶胶凝胶法以SnCl4·5H2 O和铟为原料 ,制备出了铟锡氧化物 (SnO2 ·In2 O3)的二元氧化物纳米粉末 ,并用差热分析 (DTA)、X 射线衍射 (XRD)、透射电镜 (TEM)分析了氧化物的相组织和形态 .结果表明 ,所得SnO2 ·In2 O3 为纳米晶 ,主要晶型为四方锡石结构 ,微晶颗粒近似球形 ,粒径为 5~ 2 0nm ,In2 O3 为非晶物质 .
Nano crystal SnO 2·In 2O 3 binary powders were prepared from SnCl 4·5H 2O and In by sol gel method. By using differential thermal analyzer (DTA),X ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM),its phase structure and pattern were analyzed. The results showed that the synthesized SnO 2·In 2O 3 is micro nano crystal and the principal crystalline form is SnO 2 structure. In addition, the form of micro crystal grain is approximately spherical and its size is between 5 and 20?nm. Moreover, In 2O 3 is non crystalline material.
