摘要 对指数场合下简单步进应力加速寿命试验的优化设计进行了改进 ,使得到的估计量的方差达到最小 ,提高了精度 . This paper tries to improve the optimum design of simple step stress accelerated life test under exponential situation. In this way,estimated variance becomes minimal,and preciseness is also improved.
