摘要
不同磨矿阶段所需的产品粒度受磨机内部钢球磨介运动轨迹的影响。通过对磨机转速、提升条数量和磨介组成等各因素开展离散元计算,并进行相同工况下的对比试验,发现提升条排数和转速是影响磨介运动轨迹的重要因素。通过分析不同磨矿阶段所需介质运动工况,确定了磨机的转速范围。
Product size in various milling stage is affected by the motion trajectory of media in the mill. After conducting discrete element computation of the mill rotary velocity, number of lifters and medium constitution as well as comparison test in various operation modes, it was concluded that the line number of the lifter and the rotary velocity were the important factors affecting the motion trajectory of grinding media. In addition, the range of the rotary velocity was determined by analyzing media motion trajectory needed in various milling stages.
