摘要
摩擦衬垫是多绳摩擦式提升机的重要组成部分,它的摩擦因数是摩擦式提升机防滑安全设计的重要参数,此值的大小对提升能力及防滑安全具有重要影响。采用绝对均值消除异常数据法和小波消噪法对摩擦衬垫试验台数据进行处理,结果表明,采用小波消噪法对摩擦衬垫试验数据进行处理效果较好,能够满足精度要求。
The friction lining is an important part of the multi-rope friction hoist, and the friction coefficient of the lining is an important parameter for non-skid safety design of the friction hoist. Its value plays an important role on hoisting capacity and non-skid safety. In the paper, the absolute mean value method to eliminate abnormal data and wavelet denoising method were applied to process the data from test bench of fraction lining. The results showed that the wavelet denoising method was superior in processing the test data and could meet the precision requirements.
