基于磁流变阻尼器的矿用自卸车发动机主动隔振

Active vibration isolation of engine system of mine dump truck based on MR damper

摘要 磁流变阻尼器的阻尼可控特性能够实现发动机在宽频范围内的主动隔振。依据理论分析和经验,建立了发动机-车架磁流变主动隔振系统模型,拟定了模糊控制规则,设计了输入发动机转速和转速加速度、输出可控阻尼的模糊控制器,并基于MATLAB进行了仿真试验。试验结果表明,与橡胶悬置相比,模糊控制的磁流变阻尼器拥有较好的隔振效果,较大程度降低了发动机传递到车架的振动。 The active vibration isolation of the engine in the range of broad frequency can realize by the controllable damping characteristics of the MR (magnetorheological) damper. According to theoretical analysis and experience, the model of engine-frame MR active vibration isolation system was established, and the fuzzy control rules were set up. Moreover, the fuzzy controller was designed, whose input was engine rotary velocity and its acceleration, whose output was controllable damping, and simulation test was conducted in MATLAB. The test results showed that compared with the rubber suspension, the MR damper with fuzzy control possessed better vibration isolation effects and greatly reduced the frame vibration transmitted from the engine.
