摘要
基于随钻测斜钻杆使用环境的特殊性,根据随钻测斜钻杆的物理模型,利用计算机模拟的方法建立了随钻测斜钻杆优化设计的数学模型,利用SolidWorks Simulation的分析功能对其载荷特性进行了静力分析及优化,得出随钻测斜钻杆的安全性、可靠性及外形结构的最优尺寸。该分析对设计随钻测斜钻杆外形结构尺寸的设计和优化及成本的降低具有一定的参考作用。
In view of particular service surrounding of the MWD drill pipe, according to the physical model of the MWD drill pipe, the mathematical model of optimizing the MWD drill pipe was established by using computer simulation method. And then, the static and optimization analysis on its loading characteristics was conducted by using SolidWorks Simulation. At last, the safety, reliability and optimal outline dimension of the MWD drill pipe were obtained. The analysis offered a certain references for the design and optimization of the outline dimension of the MWD drill pipe and its cost decrease.
