摘要
本文以苏州市为例,通过对"苏南模式"变迁中集体经济从人民公社到乡镇企业,再到股份合作社的改革与嬗变过程的分析,说明集体经济是生产的社会化与生产资料的分散占有矛盾演变的必然结果,承担着重要的历史使命。在城乡一体化发展和新农村建设中,必须充分重视发挥集体经济的作用。集体经济也要通过改革,探索和选择有效的实现形式,股份合作制就是一种好的实现形式。在股份合作社中,既要产权清晰,量化到人,也要实行民主管理。
As a case study of Suzhou, the paper, based on an analysis of the reform and evolution of economy of collective ownership in the South of Jiangsu province, including its shift from people's commune to township enterprises and then to shareholding cooperatives, argues that economy of collective ownership is the inevitable result of marketized production and the dispersion of means of production, and that it undertakes an important historical mission. The role of economy of collective ownership should be given full play in the urban-rural integrated development and the construction of the 'new country', while, at the same time, reformed for effective realizations of which the shareholding cooperative is one. Property ownership should be clearly defined and quantified on a personal basis, and democratic management administered in these shareholding cooperatives.
