摘要
中国的茶文化绵延数千年,历史悠久。到《红楼梦》成书时期的清朝已经接近成熟完美的地步。古典名著《红楼梦》展示了我国历史悠久的茶文化。书中描述了不少精致茶具。本文从目的论的角度对比分析了杨宪益和戴维霍克斯翻译的《红楼梦》两个英译本中有关茶具的翻译效果,让读者在欣赏这些精美茶具的同时,领略我国饮茶的情趣。
The Chinese tea culture has a long history and runs along thousands of years .It approaches perfect and mature in Qing Dy-nasty when A Dream of Red Mansions is produced .The classical master piece A Dream of Red Mansions shows the time-endured tea culture in China .This book describes many delicate tea sets and unique tea water .This paper made a contrast analysis of the translation of tea sets and tea water in two English versions of A Dream of Red Mansions written by Yang Xian-yi and David Hawkes respectively , in order to make the readers appreciate these delicate tea sets ,at the same time ,to enjoy the fun of tea drinking .
