摘要
根据工程以及社会发展的现状,提出新时代背景下的工程环境观,阐述了工程环境观的内涵并将其分为工程自然环境观和工程社会环境观两个部分,进一步说明了"工程—自然—社会"三者之间的相互关系以及工程社会环境研究的新思路,并站在工程哲学的立场上,阐述了工程与社会环境的互动关系,提出了一些解决工程社会环境问题的建议。
Based on the recent problems met by the quickly development of engineering industry and society, this paper put forward a new point on engineering social environment under the background of new era. This paper expounds the connotation of the concept of engineering environ- ment and divides the concept of engineering environment into two parts： engineering natural environment and engineering social environment. Then, to some extent, it explains the interrelationship among ＂engineering-nature-society＂ and comes up with a new way to do the research on engineering social environment. Based on this, relying on the engineering philosophy perspective, this paper respectively expounds the.interac- tion between engineering and social environment, this paper proposes some suggestions to solve the problems caused by engineering society envi- ronment.
