摘要
师专教师教学与科研的辩证关系，师专教师对教学和科研要两手抓，两手都要硬，要具备科研的精神、态度和方法，不仅自己要参加科研，还必须在教学中培养学生的料研精神和创新能力。只有教学和科研并重，师专才能生存和发展。
The article discusses the dialectical relation between a teacher's teaching and scientific reseaches in a teachers college. Its teachers should carry out teaching and scientific researches at once and attach equal importance to each. They should possess the spirits, attitudes and methods of scientific researches. They should not only join the scientific researches all by themselves but also cultivate their students' spirit of scientific researches and their capacity to blaze new trails. Only laying equal stress on both can a teachers college survive and develop well.
