摘要
通过对影响卷烟焦油量的各主要因素的研究 ,对各因素的变化引起卷烟焦油的变化进行了定量化的研究。各种方法均有其优缺点 :增加滤嘴过滤效率 ,对卷烟风味保持较好 ,但降焦效果有限 ;使用通风技术 ,将焦效果显著 ,但卷烟风味变化较大 ;加入烟草薄片和膨胀烟 (梗 )丝 ,可改善烟丝结构 ,明显降低焦油 ,但影响卷烟香气品质。必须综合利用这些技术并有步骤的进行 。
Some factors affecting the tar delivery of a cigarette have been researched and tested quantitatively. Each way has its advantage and shortcoming. Increasing smoke filtration properly can keep the smoke flavor, but the tar decreases is limited. Filter ventilation can dilute the smoke and effectively reduce the tar delivery, but sufficiently change the smoke flavor. The use of expended tobacco and reconstituted tobacco can improve the structure of the tobacco and distinctly reduce the tar yield, but it affects the flavor quality. Only synthetically select and phase in these methods can satisfactory result be obtained.
