摘要
采用缩聚法研制出耐候性粉末涂料专用聚酯树脂。通过对聚酯树脂性能的影响因素进行讨论 ,确定了该聚酯树脂的技术控制指标 ,以及为实现该技术指标所采用的主要手段。对该树脂进行了IR、GPC、DSC、VPO测试和表征。比较该树脂和国外某同类产品的IR谱图 ,发现两者特殊峰位完全相同 ,这表明两树脂的组成相同 ;在技术指标方面 。
A sort of special polyester resin which can be used for weather-resistance powder coating is synthesized by means of condensation polymerization method.Some factors influencesing the resin are disccussed.The special polyester resin is determined and characterized by means of IR,GPC,DSC and VPO.That the special peaks graph of IR spectrum of the resin is the same as ‘Polyester resin P2400S’shows that the two resins have the same composition,and the polyester resin is as advanced as the sort of foreign products in properties.
