摘要
目的:对依托红霉素片含量测定方法进行改进。方法:对依托红霉素片含量测定中的样品前处理方法进行改进,取样品适量,精密称定置量瓶中,加乙醇适量溶解(按相当于红霉素2.5 mg加乙醇1 m1),用磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.8)配制成1000u.ml-1。,静置2h后,按抗生素微生物检定法红霉素项下测定其含量。结果:改进法克服了按药典法[1,2]测定时,含量结果不稳定、偏低、易偏离平行的现象。结论:改进法准确、稳定、可靠。
Objectives: To improve the content determining method for erythromycin estolate. Method: Pretreatment method of sample was improved in the content determination of erythromycin estolate. The sample was scaled accuratly and put into cylinder, ethanol was added into the cylinder (erythromycin estolate 2. 5 mg: ethanol 1 ml), the solution was made-up 1 000 u- ml-1 with phosphate buffer(pH7.8), erythromycin content in which solution was determined 2 h after standing. Result:The unstable or lower content and being easy of deriation from the parallel phenomenon, when it was determined according to pharmacopeial method, were overcome. Conclusion: The improving method is accurate, stable, and reliable.
