摘要 [目的]对医务人员洗手现象进行深入探讨,分析其影响因素,提出促进手卫生依从性的机制。[方法]采用柏拉图方法分析医务人员没有洗手的原因,采用一系列措施提高医务人员手卫生依从性,包括改进手卫生设施,加强手卫生的专项培训及主题活动,创建"鼓励洗手"的氛围;加强对手卫生的指导、检查与反馈,监测及监督手卫生依从性等措施。比较干预前后总体洗手依从率、洗手液消耗量、快速手消毒液消耗量。[结果]干预后总体洗手依从率、洗手液消耗量、快速手消毒液消耗量与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用一系列改进措施,提高了医务人员洗手依从率,有助于降低病人的医源性感染。
