摘要
在介绍PBL培养模式的具体特征和要素基础上,分析了该模式的协同机制、与协同创新战略的一致性。基于联合实验室的PBL培养模式是在当前形势下促进高校创新人才培养目标的有效方式之一。结合广东工业大学的实际,在联合实验室的建设、实践教学体系改革等多方面给出了PBL培养模式实施的具体对策与建议。
Aiming at the goal of building an innovative country ,the characteristics and specific elements of PBL training mode are introduced . Then the collaborative innovation mechanism in the PBL training mode is analyzed to show the consistency of the PBL training mode and collaborative innovation strategy .And thus the conclusion is drawn that the PBL training mode based on union laboratories is one of the effective ways for cultivating the innovative talents in the current situation .Finally ,some suggestions and recommendations for introducing the PBL innovative training mode into union laboratories are proposed based on the practical experience of the collaborative innovation platform in Guangdong University of Technology .
