摘要
以浓硫酸为介质,重铬酸钾为氧化剂,利用微波法快速合成己二酸,该法具有产率高、时间短、毒害小等优点。对Thiele管熔点测定装置进行了设计,具有操作简单、安全便宜、导热效果好、自动显示读数、节省石蜡油等优点,完全符合实验教学改革的要求。
The adipic acid was synthesised by microwave irradiation with the medium of concentrated sulfuric acid ,potassium dichromate as oxidant .The method has high yield ,short time ,low poison ,etc .The Thiele tube melting point apparatus has been designed with simple , safe ,inexpensive , thermal effect good , automatical display advantages . All methods fully comply with the requirements of experimental teaching reform .
