摘要
在西秦岭隧道TBM第2掘进段的出渣施工中,根据斜井弃渣场距离斜井洞口直线距离短、坡度大、汽车出渣难度大和经济性差的实际情况,设计采用皮带机直接将洞渣输送至山谷弃渣场。从连续皮带机布置形式、传输坡度、皮带宽度选择、驱动电机选择和支架设计等方面进行论述,并对现场具体施工进行总结。通过合理的参数选择并采取"一升一降一拉一提前"的缓坡施工方式,实现了洞外上山皮带机与洞内、斜井连续皮带机的有效结合,弥补了汽车运输的不足,发挥了连续皮带机出渣的优势,取得了良好的施工效果和经济效益。
In the construction of the second TBM-driven section of West Qinling tunnel, the straight distance from the portal of the inclined shaft to the muck yard is short, however, the mucking route is steep. If dump trucks are used to transport the mucks from the portal of the inclined shaft to the muck yard, there will be great difficulties and poor cost efficiency. Therefore, belt conveyor system is designed to deliver the mucks directly into the muck yard in the valley. In the paper, the layout, inclination, belt width, drive motor selection and support frame design of the belt conveyor system are discussed and the construction of the belt conveyor system is summarized. Good coordination has been achieved between the mountain-climbing belt conveyor system and the belt conveyor systems inside the main tunnel and the inclined shaft. In the end, the advantages of mucking by continuous belt conveyor system have been fully used and good tunneling and economic results have been achieved.
