摘要 为满足某些特殊盾构工况(地下水流大、断面水压高、冲刷力强)注浆工程及抢修、补注工程的顺利施工,需研制具有快硬、抗水分散性和稳定性好等特点的高性能同步注浆材料。以42.5快硬硫铝酸盐水泥(R.SAC42.5)、粉煤灰(FA)、矿渣微粉(SL)和砂作为基体材料,采用聚羧酸减水剂(PC)-膨润土(BE)-三乙醇胺早强剂(TEA)的复合保水、稳定、早强外加组分,优选配合比为R.SAC42.5∶FA∶SL∶BE∶砂∶水∶PC∶TEA=1∶3∶1∶0.5∶10∶2.25∶0.03∶0.08%,制备出初始流动度为210 mm、泌水率为0.14%、浆液pH值为9.6、1 d抗压强度为2.5 MPa的盾构隧道快硬高性能同步注浆材料。 High-performance simultaneous grouting material with properties including rapid hardening, ant-water-dispersion and good stability is needed in order to meet the requirements of the simultaneous grouting in shield tunneling under large water flow conditions, high water pressure conditions and high water flushing conditions. Rapid-hardening high-performance simultaneous grouting material with 210 mm initial fluidity, 0. 14% water bleeding rate, 9.6 pH value, and 2. 5 MPa 1-day compressive strength is obtained, with 42. 5 rapid hardening sulphoaluminate cement (R. 5AC42.5), fly ash (FA), slag(SL) and sand used as the main matrix materials, and water-reducing admixture (PC)-bentonite( BE )-triethanolamine accelerator(TEA) used as the water retaining, stable, and early strength additive components. The optimum mix of the rapid-hardening high-performance simultaneous grouting material is that: R. SAC 42.5 : FA : SL : BE :sand : water : PC : TEA=1 : 3 : 1 : 0.5 : 10 : 2.25:0.03:0.08%.
