摘要
针对加氢反应器卸出催化剂过程中释放可燃气,以及器内混入少量空气的现状,应用可燃气三元组分爆炸原理,分析器内可燃气爆炸危险性,提出卸剂过程安全风险控制的关健因素和安全技术措施。
Considering that the hydrogenalion reactor can release lhe gas (luring unloading catalyst process, and the status of a small amount of air mixed in the devi('e, we applied ternary component gas explode principle to analyze risks of gas explosion, thus, we t-)roposed lhe key factors and safely technology of safety risks control in the process of unloading agent.
