摘要
目的 总结激光悬雍垂腭咽成形术 (Laser uvulopalatopharyngoplasty LUPPP)治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（ Obstructive sleep apnea syndrome OSAS）的疗效评价指标，以求更客观更全面地评价其有效率。方法 对接受 LUPPP的 135例患者进行术前多导睡眠图 (Polysmonography PSG)检测，术后 3个月 67例复测了 PSG。结果 术后 3个月患者在呼吸紊乱指数 AHI、、血氧饱和度 SaO2等指标有不同程度的改善，有效率达 97.7％。结论 LUPPP是目前治疗 OSAS的有效方法之一，且并发症少，安全性高，多导睡眠图检测是评价手术效果可靠的客观指标。
Objective To find a objective evaluation for the treatment of OSAS using LUPPP. Methods all 135 OSAS cases had been diagnosed and observed with polysmnographic Preoperatively， and only 67 OSAS cases were reexamined by PSG. Results Cases got better in apnea hypoventilation index ,Lowest SaO2 after three months postoperatively,and effective rate was 97.7％ . AHI. LsaO2 had more different. Conclusion LUPPP is an safe、 effective method for treating OSAS and complication seldom occurs.PSA is a reliable objective index for evaluating effects of operation.
