摘要
目的 探讨恢复期精神分裂症病人的自我概念。方法 采用自我概念问卷对 130例恢复期精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查，并用描述性方法研究自我概念及其次概念。结果 发现 49.23％的患者自我概念自评得分较高。在其次概念中，有 51.54％的病人自评身体感受较高， 50.77％的病人评价自己的身体想象较高， 53.85％的病人反应自我一致性较高， 61.54％的病人反应自我理想较高， 53.85％的病人反应伦理道德的自我较高。结论 约半数的恢复期精神分裂症患者对自已有正性的评价和感受。
Objective To desacribe self concept and sub concept of rehabilitative schizophrenic patients.Methods To describe the total self concept and each component of self concept of rehabilitative schizophrenic patients.130 schizophrenic patients who met the sampling criteria participated in this study.They were investigated by self concept scale. Results 49.23％ rehabilitation schizophrenic patients had relatively high self concept;51.54％ of them had relatively high body sensation;50.77％ of them had relatively high body image;53.85％ of them had relatively high self consistence;61.54％ of them had relatively high self ideal;53.85％ of them had relatively high moral spiritual self. Conclusion More than half of rehabilitation schizophrenic patients have positive believe or feel of themselves.
