抑郁症患者脑单光子发射计算机断层扫描显像的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨抑郁症患者的脑血流变化。方法 观察 10例未经抗抑郁治疗患者脑单光子发射计算机断层扫描 (SPECT)显像;并对部分患者行重复经颅磁刺激 (rTMS)治疗,同时观察其脑 SPECT显像变化。结果 抑郁症患者左额叶血流量明显减低 (5/10),且与其病情有关; rTMS能改善抑郁症额叶低灌注状态。结论 抑郁症患者存在左额叶的局部血流低灌注。 rTMS治疗抑郁症可能与左额叶血流低灌注改善有关。 Objective To observe the changes of regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) in depressed patients.Methods 99mTCECD SPECT was performed on 10 depressed patients unmediated by anti- depressants. Also,To observed the changes of rCBF in 5 depressed patients treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stiamulation( rTMS ).Results The rCBF of left frontal were decreased in depressed patients.By rTmS, the rCBF of left frontal was increased significantly.Conclusions Hypoperfusions of left frontal were identified in patients with depression rTMS could increase the rCBF in left frontal.
