摘要
用有限元方法,分析了低温环境下应力释放罩的材料参数和结构参数对固体发动机药柱结构完整性的影响规律。结果表明,壳体/绝热层界面上存在由应力释放罩结构参数控制的驻点,界面应力与材料参数在驻点间呈交替的正负相关分布,调整结构和材料参数,可改善界面应力水平。内孔中段表面危险点的最大VonMises应变对应力释放罩材料和结构参数不敏感。
Effects of material performance and structure parameters of stress release cover on the structural integrity of solid mo- tor grain under low temperature conditions were discussed by using finite element method.The results show that there are stationary points determined by structure parameters of the stress release cover on the case-insulation interface. Interfacial stresses have the positive correlation or negative correlation distribution with material parameters between stationary points, and these stresses can be declined by adjusting the material and the structure parameters.The maximum VonMises strain of dangerous point on the inner hole surface is insensitive to the variations of the material and the structure parameters.
