摘要
以无纺布作为反应组分的附载体,用聚乙烯醇包覆亚氯酸钠组分A和用β-环糊精包合的酸组合B分别制膜,研制具有缓释功能的二氧化氯抑菌保鲜薄膜。通过实验验证,结果表明:当该薄膜的结构为在B组分中添加一定量的溴化钠,并在A、B膜之间夹入透湿率为33%±20%的市售保鲜膜时为最佳结构,在空间环境湿度为85%时,其有效释放天数可达17 d,日有效释放量维持在二氧化氯有效释放质量0.15~1.5 mg之间,可根据需要抑菌的空间大小调节薄膜数量,是使用方便、安全高效的新型环保材料。
Component A sodium chlorite and component B acid were coated with polyvinyl alcohol andβ-cyclodextrin,respectively. They were both attached to the carrier non-woven fabric,to develop slow-released chlorine dioxide antibacterial keeping-fresh film. The results show that the structure of film is the best when a certain amount of sodium bromide is added to the component B and a commercially available preservative film with 33%±20% permeability is sandwiched between A and B films. When the humidity of space environment is 85%,the effective release time can be up to 17 days,and everyday effective release amount of chlorine dioxide can maintain 0.15~1.5 mg. The amount of film can be set according to the need of the antibacterial space size. The antibacterial films are convenient,safe and efficient environmentally-friendly new materials.
