摘要
文章分析了施工企业三级子公司资金集中管理中存在的问题,探讨了现行资金集中管理模式对三级子公司的适用性。在此基础上,提出了与项目部承包制紧密结合的三级子公司资金集中管理模式,设计了相应的管理流程和保障机制。
The problems existed in the capital-centralized management of construction enterprise＇ s third level subsidiary was analyzed and the applicability of the existing capital-centralized management mode for the third level subsidiary was discussed. On this basis, a capital-centralized management mode closely integrated with project contracting system was proposed for the third level subsidiary and corresponding management processes and supporting mechanisms were constructed.
