摘要
目的通过对院内糖尿病肾病透析患者低血糖发生的分析,对糖尿病肾病透析患者实施护理干预措施,以降低低血糖的发生率,提高患者的生存率和生活质量。方法收集院内糖尿病肾病透析患者行血糖仪监测各个时间段的血糖数据并进行分段总结分析。结果低血糖发生与进餐时间段以及控制血糖的理想范围有关。结论低血糖的发生有规律可循,对患者实施护理干预措施,可有效降低低血糖的发生。
Objective Through hypoglycemia occurred in patients with diabetic nephropathy in dialysis period analysis of the nursing measures for patients, in order to reduce the incidence of low blood sugar, improve survival and quality of life. Methods Collect diabetic nephropathy patients with uremia hemodialysis on glucose meter data and carries on the summary analysis of each time period. Results Low blood sugar occurrence associated with the ideal range of dining time and control your blood sugar. Conclusion Hypoglycaemia has rules to follow, effective nursing measures for patients, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of low blood sugar.
