摘要
结合我国的实际,对铁路客站的应急能力评价进行了研究,建立了应急能力评价指标体系,在模糊综合评价研究中,改进了确定单指标隶属度的圆形分布隶属函数法,提高了评价结果的可靠性.通过实例将该方法运用于评价具体过程,得出客站的应急能力属于较强状态.
Studying the railway passenger terminals emergency capability based on the actual situation in China and proposing an emergency capability assessment model. During the research on the fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation,improving the circular distribution subordinate function, promoting the liability of the result on fuzzy evaluation. In the end,a scenario presents concrete courses of this method and acquires e- mergency capability belong to stronger condition.
