摘要
行政化是高等教育体制改革不彻底的遗留物与顽疾。高职院校管理"去行政化"不是要取消高职院校的行政管理,而是要界定好行政权力和学术权利之间的界限。高职院校管理"去行政化"改革的实质就是让高职院校回归教育的本质和精神,尊重高职教育发展自身规律和人才培养规律,弱化和淡化行政色彩,突出高职院校的办学自主权和教师、学生治校的话语权。
Administration is the remnant in the incomplete reform of high education. Non-administration in higher vocational college is not to cancel the administration, but to define the boundaries between administrative power and academic right. The essence of this reform is to return the main spirit and essence of education, respect the rules of educational development and personal training, reduce the administration in vocational college and highlight the school autonomy of vocational colleges and teachers＇ and students＇ speech rights.
