摘要
按NCII遗传设计 ,对玉米自交系果穗的穗长、穗行数、穗粒数、穗粒重和秃尖长度的一般配合力和特殊配合力效应进行了分析 筛选出 4个优良玉米自交系 :B12、N5、B9、B11和 8个优良杂交组合 :A3/B12、A3/B9、A3/B5、A3/B13、A3/B11、A1/B5、A1/B11和A1/B12 在选择性状时 ,穗长、穗行数、穗粒重和秃尖长度宜早代选择 。
NC Ⅱ genetic design was used to analyses general combining ability and special combining ability of maize selfed lines.Four selfed lines were selected,which were B12,B5,B9 and B11,and eight hybrid were selected,which were A3/B12,A3/B9,A3/B5,A3/B13,A3/B11,A1/B5,A1/B11,A1/B12.Among the traits studied,the length of ear,the number of ear lines, the weight of ear and the length of bare ear should be selected at the earmy generation and the number of ear seed should be selected at the late generation.
