摘要
目的探讨冰袋、大黄及芒硝外敷治疗产后重度会阴水肿的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月~2012年12月本院经阴道分娩重度会阴水肿的产妇90例,随机分成观察组45例,采用自制冰袋、大黄及芒硝外敷会阴;对照组45例,采用25%硫酸镁会阴湿敷。比较两组会阴水肿消退的时间、效果及会阴伤口甲级愈合率。结果观察组72 h会阴水肿消退44例,显效1例,总有效率为100%,对照组72 h会阴水肿消退33例,显效7例,总有效率为88.9%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组会阴伤口甲级愈合率为100%,高于对照组的95.6%（P〈0.05）。结论冰袋、大黄及芒硝外敷治疗产后会阴水肿疗效明显,且经济、方便。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of ice pack,rhubarb and mirabilite for external application treating severe postpartum perineal edema. Methods 90 lying-in women with severe postpartum perineal edema and with transvaginal delivery were selected in our Hospital from January 2012 to December 2012,and they were randomly divided into the observation group（n=45） which was treated with self-made ice pack,rhubarb and mirabilite for external application in perineal and the control group（n=45） which was treated with 25% magnesium sulfate for wet compress in perineal.The subsiding time of perineal edema,the effect and first grade healing rate of perineal wound in the two groups were compared. Results Perineal edema subsided in 72 h in 44 cases,and 1 case was markedly effective,and the total effective rate was 100.0% in the observation group,while perineal edema subsided in 72 h in 33 cases,and 7 cases were markedly effective,and the total effective rate was 88.9% in the control group,and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（P0.05）;the first grade healing rate of perineal wound in the observation group（100.0%） was higher that in the control group（95.6%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of ice pack,rhubarb and mirabilite for external application treating postpartum perineal edema is obvious,and it is economical and convenient.
