摘要
目的探讨康复心理治疗对冠心病患者临床症状及心功能的影响。方法选取本院收治的46例冠心病患者,随机均分为对照组(单纯药物治疗)和观察组(运动康复+药物治疗)。比较两组患者心绞痛发作频率、硝酸甘油用量和心功能分级的差异。结果观察组心绞痛发作频率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),硝酸甘油用量显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心功能改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复心理治疗用于冠心病患者效果确切。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological rehabilitation therapy for clinical symptoms, heart function of patients with coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods 46 cases of CHD in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group（received pure drug treatment） and observation group（received exercise rehabil- itation＋drug treatment）.Frequency of angina pectoris,nitroglycerin consumption and functional class score of two groups were compared. Results Frequency of angina pectoris in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）,the dosage of nitroglycerin consumption in observation group was significantly less than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Heart functional class score of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological rehabilitation therapy for CHD has exact effect.
