摘要
临床药师参与普外科查房,可以充分发挥自己的专业特长,有效防止滥用抗生素等不合理用药情况的发生。从临床药师查房前积蓄普外科和临床药学知识,查房过程中获取患者的第一手资料,查房后对患者用药、输液情况进行分析并指导护士和患者用药等三个方面阐述了临床药师如何开展查房工作,进而对普外科患者进行用药监护。临床药师协同医护人员完成查房工作,提高了自身的知识水平,更重要的是共同保证患者用药合理、安全、有效,起到了药品监督作用。
Participation of clinical pharmacist in ward round in department of general surgery can give full play to his/ her profession and effectively prevent the conditions of irrational drug use like abuse of antibiotics,etc.The paper is go- ing to briefly discuss about how clinical pharmacist participates in ward round and patient＇s drug supervision in general surgery department at the following 3 aspects：accumulation of knowledge related to general surgery and clinical phar- macy before ward round,acquirement of first-hand information from patients during ward round,and analysis of drug use and transfusion in order to guide their applications for both nurses and patients.Following with physicians and nurses, clinical pharmacists accomplish the ward round,improve their knowledge,and more important,jointly guarantee the ratio- nality,safety,and effectiveness of drug use in patients,which play a role of drug supervision.
