摘要
目的探讨医护合作模式对助产科护理质量持续改进的作用。方法将2011年1～12月产房的护理工作作为对照组，产房护士按照以往工作模式进行工作，2012年1～12月产房的护理工作作为实验组，在此期间实行产房医护合作工作模式，分别在2011年12月与2012年12月对两组产房护理人员按照护理质量指标进行考核，统计比较两组护理指标得分情况以及患者的满意度。结果实验组护理质量考核得分和患者对护理工作的满意度均明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论医护合作可以提高妇产科产房护理人员的护理质量，提高患者的满意率，对护理质量的持续改进具有重要作用，适宜临床推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the medical cooperation of the specialized nursing quality indicators of midwifery continuous improvement. Methods The nursing work of the delivery room from January 2011 to December 2011 was selected as the control group,the nursing work of the delivery room from January 2012 to December 2012 was selected as the experimental group.In the meantime,the delivery room medical cooperative work mode was implemented. The nursing quality indicators were assessed at December 2011 and December 2012,respectively.The nursing index scores and patients satisfaction were compared. Results The nursing quality appraisal scores of nursing and patients satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group respectively,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Medical cooperation can improve the nursing quality of gynecology and obstetrics nursing staff, it can improve patient satisfaction and plays an important role in the continuous improve- ment of nursing quality,it is suitable for clinical promotion.
