摘要
目的观察超声乳化术联合局部用药对白内障患者干眼症的影响。方法收集2012年10月～2013年8月本院及吉林大学第一医院白内障患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均给予超声乳化治疗，术后对照组给予普通消炎护理，观察组在上述基础上给予爱丽滴眼液，分别于术后1周、1个月、3个月记录患者干眼症状评分、角膜荧光素染色指标评分。结果观察组患者各时间段干眼症状及角膜荧光染色评分均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。术后3个月复诊结果显示，观察组所有患者无明显干眼症状，无感染性眼内炎、迟发性虹膜炎发生；对照组有1例患者出现迟发性虹膜炎，经对症治疗，症状消失。结论白内障超声乳化联合爱丽滴眼液局部合理用药可以有效改善患者干眼症状，安全性好，值得推广。
Objective To observe the impact of local administration and phacoemulsification for cataract patients with dry eyes.Methods 100 cases of cataract patients in our hospital and First Hospital of Jilin University were collected from October 2012 to August 2013, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, two groups were given ultrasonic emulsification, at the same time, control group was given common anti-inflammatory nursing, observa- tion group was given alice eye drops. The dry eye symptoms score, corneal fluorescein staining index score results were observed in 1 week, 1 month, 3 months. Results The dry eye symptoms and corneal fluorescence staining scores of ob- servation group were significantly lower than the control group, the differences were significant （P〈0.05）. After 3 months of follow-up, all patients of observation group had no obvious symptoms of dry eye,no infectious endophthalmi- tis,late-onset iris inflammation; 1 patient occurred late-onset iris inflammation in control group, with symptomatic treat- ment, the symptoms disappeared. Conclusion Cataract phaco and alice eye drops local rational usage can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with dry eye, with good security, which is worth promoting.
