摘要
实施城市冷链物流的多温共配模式有助于降低冷链物流成本、减少城市污染,减缓城市交通拥堵现象,而建立一套公平有效的费用分摊机制是成功运作该模式的关键。在借鉴学术界相关领域研究成果的基础上,以合作联盟模型为基础,建立了基于多温共配模式的费用分摊模型,并考虑到多温共配的特点,利用改进的Shapley值法作为合作费用的分摊方法。最后通过算例分析验证了该方法的可行性和实用性,在一定程度上激励了城市物流服务商与传统零售商合作,开展城市冷链物流的多温层共同配送模式。
To carry out the multi-temperature and joint-distribution pattern of urban cold chain lo- gistics is an effective way to reduce the cost in cold chain logistics, the urban pollution, and traffic jams, while setting up a set of fair and effective cost allocation mechanism is the key to the success- fill implementation of the pattern. Based on the cooperation alliance model, this paper uses for refer- ence the related academic research results and establishes a cost allocation model of multi-temperature and joint-distribution pattern. Considering the characteristics of the pattern, it employs the improved Shapley Value theory as the allocating method for the cooperation cost. Finally, through analysis of examples it verifies the feasibility and availability of this method. The result can, to some extent, in- spire the cooperation between the urban logistics providers and the traditional retailers and encourage them to carry out this new pattern.
