摘要
以邻苯二甲醚和丙醛为原料,先合成出2,3,6,7-四甲氧基-9,10-二乙基蒽,催化形成羟基,再以此合成出一种新型具有蒽环结构的四官能团环氧树脂——2,3,6,7-四缩水甘油醚-9,10-二乙基蒽(TGEDEA)。通过红外光谱、核磁共振(1H-NMR)对所合成的环氧树脂结构进行表征。采用4,4’-二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)对所合成的环氧树脂进行固化,并通过差示扫描量热分析(DSC)研究了其固化反应动力学。DSC和热重分析(TGA)等对所得环氧树脂固化物的性能研究表明,TGEDEA/二氨基二苯基砜(DDS)固化物在空气中和氮气中的T10%分别为408℃和400℃,其具有良好的耐热性能。
A novel epoxy resin 2,3,6,7-tetraglycidyl ether-9,10-diethyl anthracene (TGEDEA) containing anthracene was synthesized by four monophenol created with 2,3,6,7-methoxy-9,10-diethyl anthracene,which was obtained via Friedel-Crafts polycondensation of 1,2-dimethoxybenzene and propyl aldehyde. The molecular structure of the four functional groups epoxy resin was characterized by FT-IR and 1H-NMR spectrometry. The resulted epoxy resin was cured with 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone(DDS), and the curing reaction kinetics was studied by DSC and TGA. The results demonstrate that T10% of the cured TGEDEA/DDS system is 408 ℃ in N2 and 400 ℃ in air, respectively, which shows that the cured epoxy resin has great heat resistance.
