摘要
利用硫酸装置的二氧化硫烟气,经净化处理后用亚硫酸钠溶液吸收,吸收液再用烧碱液中和,制得高纯无水亚硫酸钠产品。该工艺提高了资源的综合利用效率;解决了高浓度烧碱液直接吸收二氧化硫工艺装置运行不稳定、产品纯度难以保证的难题;可变生产成本比纯碱法低;产品质量能够满足食品级无水亚硫酸钠产品的质量指标要求。
Firstly, the sulfur dioxide flue gas from the sulfuric acid unit was pretreated.Then the sodium sulfite solution was used for sulfur dioxide absorption in packing column and then neutralized with sodium hydroxide to prepare high purity anhy- drous sodium sulfite product.The new process improved the comprehensive utilization efficiency of resources and solved the problems, such as unstable running and difficult to guarantee the purity of products as the high concentration sodium hydrox- ide being applied to absorb sulfur dioxide directly in the previous process.The trial result showed the variable production cost of the new process is lower than that of sodium carbonate method, and the product quality could meet the standard require- ments of food grade sodium sulfite.
