摘要
目的 提出一种中药口服液生产新工艺 ,解决原工艺口服液沉淀问题 ,可有效地保留药物有效成分 ,连续化生产。方法 设计制作了超滤设备 TU OL- 1型口服液过滤装置。结果 既保持了药液的滤速 ,又使膜受外力最小 ,使超滤膜能够适用于浊度高、粘度大的中药液处理。结论 适用于中药口服液生产 。
Object A new process for the continuous production of TCM oral liquid was proposed without handicapped by the problem of sediment formation and loss of active ingredients Methods By designing and installation of an ultrafiltration equipment (Type TUOL 1) which may inflict a minimal external force on the filtering membrane while maintaining a normal filtration rate Results The equipment was found to be suitable for the filtration of highly viscous and turbid TCM oral liquid Conclusion The new ultrafiltration equipment showed satisfactory results after years of trials
