摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在成人急腹症术前诊断中的价值。方法选择2010年1月至2012年12月院平顶山市第一人民医院收治的228例成人急腹症患者为观察对象，全部患者首先行彩色多普勒超声检查，并将彩色多普勒超声诊断结果与手术、病理及临床治疗结果进行比较分析。结果彩色多普勒超声诊断准确率为84．6％，其对急性胆囊炎、胆管结石、急性阑尾炎、输卵管妊娠、卵巢囊肿蒂扭转、急性胰腺炎、外伤性内脏及黄体破裂等具有较高的准确率。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断能够及时准确地对成人急腹症进行诊断，为临床医师提供参考依据，减少误诊或漏诊率，彩色多普勒超声技术可以作为急腹症检查的首选方法。
Objective To investigate the value of color doppler uhrasonography on the preoperative diagnosis of adult acute abdomen. Methods Two hundred and twenty-eight adult patients with acute abdomen in the first people＇s hospital of Pingdingshan from January 2010 to December 2012 were chose as the objects of observation. All patients underwent color doppler uhrasonography, and the color doppler ultrasound diagnosis results were compared with the operation, pathological and clinical resuits. Results The diagnosis accuracy of color doppler ultrasound was 84. 6%, and for acute cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, acute appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst torsion, acute pancreatitis, traumatic visceral and corpus luteum rupture,it had high accuracy. Conclusions Color doppler ultrasound can timely and accurately diagnose the adult acute abdomen, and it can provide reference for clinicians, reduce the incidence of misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis, so color doppler ultrasound can be used as the preferred method for examination of acute abdomen.
